Welcome!

          As one child climbs on my lap and another cries down the hall, I am happy to write my first blog entry!  OK, happy is not the right word.  In fact, the first blog entry got erased somehow while people were trying to bounce on my bed!  But life just happens and we try to make the best of it.  If we expect things/people/small dogs to stay still while we blog/cook/exercise, then we should just give up before even starting.  However, keeping our expectations realistic and our resolve patient allows us not only to start but get the most we can out of those experiences.
          Getting the most out of what you got(no matter where you are at) is what GGF is all about! Gritty Girl Fitness is dedicated to not only keeping up with the latest fitness trends in the Mid-Ohio Valley but reviewing them (and other products) so you don't have to!  We want to help you get the most comprehensive information on fitness and nutrition around. That is why we gladly take classes, visit centers, and interview other health professionals. 
          Life does not wait for us to find time to get in shape, eat healthy, or even sleep (or so it seems).  GGF is excited to offer programs that fit into every schedule and budget!  Getting the most out of what you got should not be a chore!
